How it works
The path of a letter, from arrival to approval.
Four steps, one letter
- 01 The letter arrives. “Leak under the sink for three weeks, I am requesting a rent reduction.” Swiss Confidentia reads it and classifies it: defect in the rented property.
- 02 The draft is ready. It acknowledges receipt, announces a technician's visit and points out that the rent is reduced proportionally, from the moment the landlord became aware of the defect until it is remedied (CO, art. 259d).
- 03 You review it. You correct the date of the visit and approve. Nothing goes out before that click.
- 04 Everything is logged. Received at 08:12, draft at 08:14, corrected and approved at 08:21, by a person on the team.

What the service does not do
It sends nothing without approval. It takes no decision for you. It does not replace the legal professional who reviews.
