Subscription

• More than 40 people, or several sites from CHF 2'500 excl. VAT per monthSet-up: subject to a quote

The service is the same at every tier; only the number of people changes.

Included in the subscription

• A dedicated instance for your organisation, hosted in Switzerland.
• The choice of who holds the encryption key, and so of who can read your content.
• The choice of access path: directly to your instance in Switzerland, or through a network protection service.
• Mail sorting, draft replies with their legal basis, and search across your documents with sources.
• Approval by a person in your organisation before anything is sent.
• The action log.
• Support by email.

Set-up

Invoiced once, it is carried out by us: creating your instance in Switzerland, setting up the encryption key and the access path as you choose, opening the accounts, and guiding your teams through the first steps.

Payment: 50% on order, 50% when your instance is made available.

Commitment and invoicing

A 12-month commitment: your instance is created and configured for you.

The subscription is invoiced in advance, quarterly or annually.

• Public authorities. A demo with your department, a discussion with your legal department or your data protection officer, then an offer at the amounts stated above.
