Hosted and processed in Switzerland
You need AI. Your files need secrecy.
Professional secrecy, official secrecy, trade secrets: consumer AI assistants were not designed to respect them. Swiss Confidentia processes your documents in Switzerland, on a dedicated instance for your organisation. You choose who holds the encryption key, and nothing goes out without your approval.
By video call. No documents to provide.
For law firms, SMEs and public authorities
Letter received
Leak under the sink for three weeks, reported on 14 October. I am requesting a rent reduction until it is repaired.
Proposed reply
We acknowledge receipt of your notice of defect. A technician will come on Thursday. The rent will be reduced in proportion to the defect, from the date you reported it until it is remedied.

Do without AI, or expose your files
AI saves time on mail and files, and going without it costs both time and fees.
Copying a file, a resident's letter or a contract into a consumer AI assistant means handing it to a third party: processing most often takes place outside Switzerland, and the retention and use of the data depend on terms and conditions that change. Depending on the service and its settings, this may amount to a breach of professional secrecy (art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code), of official secrecy (art. 320 of the Swiss Criminal Code), of confidentiality commitments or of data protection rules.
Swiss Confidentia was designed to get out of this dilemma: your documents stay in Switzerland, on a dedicated instance for your organisation, and you choose who holds the encryption key. The model sorts the mail and prepares draft replies that cite their legal basis; nothing goes out without your approval.

No data from two clients on the same machine.
Every message sent is approved by a person and recorded in the action log.
The same requests come in every day. Each one calls for a rule.
A tenant reports a leak and asks for a rent reduction. A client receives notice of termination while on sick leave and wants to know whether it is valid. A resident disputes a waste charge. Each time, someone has to find the rule, the precedent and the right letter template, and then write the reply.
The model proposes. You decide.
-
The letter arrives.
“Leak under the sink for three weeks, I am requesting a rent reduction.” Swiss Confidentia reads it and classifies it: defect in the rented property.
-
The draft is ready.
It acknowledges receipt, announces a technician's visit and points out that the rent is reduced proportionally, from the moment the landlord became aware of the defect until it is remedied (CO, art. 259d).
-
You review it.
You correct the date of the visit and approve. Nothing goes out before that click.
-
Everything is logged.
Received at 08:12, draft at 08:14, corrected and approved at 08:21, by a person on the team.

Your questions
Do we need to install anything?
No. The service is hosted and we carry out the set-up.
Where is our data processed?
In Switzerland, on a dedicated instance for your organisation.
Does the service send letters by itself?
No. It prepares drafts; a person on your team reviews them, corrects them if needed and approves them. Nothing goes out without that approval.
What if a draft reply gets it wrong?
It can be wrong, like a first draft written by a colleague. That is why it cites its legal basis and why a person reviews it before it is sent.
How much does it cost?
A subscription per organisation, according to the number of people who have access to the service: from CHF 500 excl. VAT per month. The set-up is invoiced once, from CHF 3'000 excl. VAT.
